I’m on a roll here, creating homemade gluten free mixes because the convenience is something that I truly miss. I miss the days of grabbing a box mix off of the shelf and making it, don’t you?
With our lifestyle, it’s hard to find good gluten free mixes that taste good and aren’t crumbly and dry – true story, so I got back in my kitchen and created a homemade gluten free brownie mix. There are a lot of recipes on the internet for making this, but this is my gluten free version and I hope you enjoy it!
Of course, I made some delicious brownies with this mix, but that’s a post for tomorrow so please be patient my lovely readers as I am busy making brownies for everyone I know …because I need taste testers, don’t I?
Enjoy!
