GF Sally Lunn Bread

  • ¾ c milk
  • ½ c butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ⅓ c sugar
  • 3 1/ 2 c gf flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  1. Add ingredients to your bread maker IN THEORY OR DER ABOVE!
  2. Also - when doing the yeast, make a small hole or reservoir in the middle of the flour and put inside of it.
  3. If your machine does not have a gluten free setting, use the one for sweet bread
